Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a global manufacturing company in Waukesha County, WI. They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. This position will oversee the warehouse and the shipping and receiving areas, and candidates should have demonstrated experience as an SAP super user.
Permanent Position
Salary Range: $100,000-120,000
Core Business Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and improve workflow.
- Utilize SAP software to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP; experience as an SAP super user is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
