Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Production Associate opportunity with our client in Shelby, NC. This temporary to permanent opening offers full-time 1st shift hours.
Pay is $16.00/HR
Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
This role involves essential oil production tasks, including bottling, boxing, and preparing products for shipping.
- Assist in the production and bottling of oil products.
- Prepare items for shipment, including boxing and labeling.
- Receive and process deliveries from FedEx and UPS.
- Utilize UPS terminal machinery to create shipping labels.
- Perform various other warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 25 years old.
- Driving Record: A clean driving record is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and shipping software; experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems is a plus.
- Physical Abilities: Able to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific production and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
