Job Title: Equipment Operator

Position Purpose: Responsible for understanding equipment, pick locations, pallet building, productivity measures, and safety procedures on the 6 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect assigned jack for safety issues.
• Stage pallets in appropriate locations.
• Build pallets efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor productivity measures and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
