Shift: Mon-Fri|8:00AM-5:00PM
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments at the plant. This role includes accurately documenting materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory control through cycle counting and inventory adjustments.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments at the plant. This role includes accurately documenting materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory control through cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with company policies and GMP procedures.
- Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
- Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments to the correct department or warehouse.
- Minimize waste and inventory loss, ensuring all movements are captured in the inventory accounting system.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods.
- Initiate inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy and resolve Oracle errors.
- Receive Material Destruction Orders (MDOs) and physically scrap non-conforming and expired inventory.
- Follow up on discrepancies and assist in resolving outstanding Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs).
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of shipping, loading/unloading trailers, and handling commercial invoices, including international shipments.
- Forklift training and operator certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and ability to learn other software, such as Oracle.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
- The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods, depending on tasks.
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 25 lbs as needed.
