The City of Bend is currently accepting applications for one (1) regular, full-time Warehouse Supervisor in the Fleet Management department. This opportunity is non-represented and is FLSA exempt (overtime ineligible).

Position Summary
Reporting to the Fleet Director this position is responsible for overseeing and providing warehouse services, supervision and support to the Water Services, Transportation and Mobility, Facilities, fleet and Engineering departments as a unified public works entity. This position will play a vital role in ensuring all supplies, tools and equipment are readily available for staff during day-to-day and emergency operations.
Under minimal supervision the warehouse supervisor will develop biennial budget for warehouse operations to fully support the Public Works Campus, make all warehouse purchasing decisions, except those requiring higher level approval based on City or State mandates and will determine most effective warehouse layout, processes and procedures to maximize warehouse efficiency based on operational needs.
