Job Title: Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor
Colony Tire/Atlantic Tire Distributors is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to join our High Point team! Full benefit package offered, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation time, company paid life insurance, and short-term disability.

Starting Pay:
$20.00+ per hour dependent on experience

Qualifications:

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Night Shift Manager with the oversight of operations including receiving, stocking, and distribution of all inbound and outbound product.
- Assist with any and all functions within the warehouse or pertaining to delivery.
- Orientation and training of new warehouse associates.
- Oversee and manage all in-service training of existing warehouse associates.
- Conduct spot audits on accuracy of orders picked as they are being loaded into trucks for outbound deliveries.
- Communicate with all other company departments to ensure good information flow.
- Unload and receive stock trailer for put-away.
- Unload and receive sold transfer trailer for loading on morning delivery routes.
- Train new associates in the operation of order pickers and forklifts by conducting a company certification session.
- Keep all other associates on task and motivated during the shift.
- Conduct coaching sessions and write-ups for associates under your purview.
- Delivery routing and loading
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to carry out assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of product flow within a distribution environment
- Experience with current software, methods, tools and equipment (including technology) used in distribution operations.
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and communicate clearly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Min of 1-year supervisory experience
- Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
