We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Technician responsible for the administration of material logistics in our central warehouse. The successful candidate will ensure timely turnaround on material requests, handle material receipts both physically and within the Oracle accounting system, and manage inventory control. This role involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages typically weighing 25 - 35 lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $15 - $24/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Technician responsible for the administration of material logistics in our central warehouse. The successful candidate will ensure timely turnaround on material requests, handle material receipts both physically and within the Oracle accounting system, and manage inventory control. This role involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages typically weighing 25 - 35 lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Receive inventory items via the Financial/Accounting software suite.
- Physically locate inventory items.
- Receive non-inventory items per RMAs.
- Process decommissioned inventory items returned from the Network.
- Resolve receipt vs invoice conflicts/discrepancies with Accounts Payable (AP).
- Process standard and freight shipments through the shipping vendor's online portal.
- Maintain detailed shipping logs for each transaction.
- Issue inventory items to projects manually or automatically in the Financial/Accounting software.
- Stage, reserve, and allocate inventory items per system requests.
- Create and maintain inventory item IDs in the Financial/Accounting software.
- Perform periodic cycle counts of inventory items.
- Conduct periodic Physical Inventory (PI) counts.
- Maintain and create BIN designations for inventory item storage.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the company's footprint as required.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- OSHA Fork Truck training and experience are helpful.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in warehouse technician roles or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse and/or purchasing environment.
- Experience with inventory management in the Telecommunications/ISP/Fiber Optic space.
- Strong MS Office and data entry skills.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Familiarity with vendor online portals.
- Understanding of UPS/FedEx shipping software.
- High School diploma required.
