Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations in working with NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the rental equipment, as well as the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. You will fulfill all outgoing and incoming equipment orders, as well as maintaining orderliness and safety of the warehouse environment. You will maintain close relationships with production representatives to analyze and make decisions relating to the production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
What You’ll Do…
- Ensure that all equipment is ready for rental
- Maintain rental equipment to ensure inventory is performing in the best possible condition to keep up with production demands
- Identify equipment that needs maintenance or to be sent out for repair
- Ensure all orders have been pulled and prepped properly for production crews
- Anticipate equipment shortages and stay on top of the equipment in high demand
- Stay on top of productions needs and orders
- Manage the flow of the equipment coming in and going out
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Pickup and delivery of equipment
- 2+ years of experience in the Film/Television industry
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs.
What Will Set You Apart…
- Prior experience with and knowledge of Set Lighting and Grip equipment
- Prior on-set production experience or equipment rental house experience
- Prior experience in managing the timing of production schedules
- Prior lighting repair experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Inventory tracking system; RTPro
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Ability to promote positive work environment and problem solve
- Self-motivated

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
