About the Job
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Warranty Communications Specialist is to manage and maintain warranty communications, including but not limited to the drafting, publication and distribution of marketing and support materials leverage by internal and external customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafts, edits, and publishes internal and external communications from the Warranty and Technical Services teams
- Manage content for multi-channel communications including social media platforms
- Creates and administers communications strategies leveraging multiple channels
- Creates and maintains communication standards and guidelines for warranty communications
- Creates and designs marketing and support materials
- Creates and designs multiple workflows to streamline processes utilized by warranty and technical services teams
- Develops presentations, video scripts and visual illustrations to help educate customers on products and services
- Manages customer training compliance
- Facilitates technical training certification including maintenance and reporting of class registration, training hours, attendance records and training certificates
- Organizes training classes
- Partners with Marketing Department to develop creative strategies and ensure professional branding and appearance of communications
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance and availability
- Position may be remote, but requires regular physical attendance at meetings held at corporate office

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or relevant field of study required
- 1+ years of marketing experience required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite Cloud, Photoshop or Illustrator required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent business writing skills
- Experience in visual communication design
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Possess a satisfactory driving record as determined by company driver policies
Travel Requirement:
- 30% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
