Title: Web Content Specialist
Location: Eagan, MN 55122
Duration: 3 Months++ (Possible Extension)
Local candidates with ability to work hybrid on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Eagan office.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum of 1 year in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.)
• All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered
• Ability to embody Blue Cross s values and represent as digital experience thought leader
• Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile)
• Demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and digital landscape
• Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends
• Experience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools
• Awareness of taxonomy, SEO and metadata best practices and strategy
• A strong interest in, or knowledge of, how health care organizations use content strategy and customer empathy to engage with their consumers
• Results-oriented approach driven by organization and consumer goals.
