JOB SUMMARY: This position is onsite, no remote
• Responsible for Web Development to include -• Write well-designed, testable efficient code by using web development best practices.• Be proficient in HTML, CMS, JavaScript as well as open source content management systems such as WordPress.• Maintain, expand and scale the Phoebe website to meet the specific needs and goals of various service lines throughout the health system, manage physician profiles with relevant and timely patient comments.• Understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools.• Understanding of search engine optimization practices.• Responsible for Web Design to include -• Create basic website layouts.• Maintain graphic design skills.• Work with IT on the employee app development• Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, streamlined, and aligned with Phoebe's goals and values• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication channels and make recommendations for improvement• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness.• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement on company intranet and help foster a positive culture• Maintain the communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our goals and values• Ensure website and intranet content is kept up-to-date and appropriately linked.• Exceptional written, verbal communications skills. Must be self-driven and have the ability to write, edit and manage multiple deadlines, while ensuring high quality product and service.

- The Web Developer is responsible for designing, updating, and managing the Phoebe website. Creates visually appealing and user-friendly web pages to ensure users can easily navigate the necessary information. Takes advantage of front-end design and back-end development experience and stays updated on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continual web updates to optimize the website's ease of use. Works with service lines throughout the health system and external partners to maintain current, relevant, consumer-focused web content. May be called on to quickly develop, design, and implement web pages and microsites for special projects. Also manages employee intranet, and content for digital screen systems, ensures mobile apps operate optimally, and monitors digital platforms to assist with reputation management. Tracks website usage, prepares reports, and makes recommendations for optimization for the Marketing team.

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Development, or related field. (Required)
- 2 years experience in website development (Required)
- 2 years experience in website content management (Required)
- 2 years experience with graphic and website design (Required)
- Not Applicable - No Certification and Licensure Requirements Required or Preferred
