Signature HealthCARE – Excelerated Care is a designated short stay unit specializing in rehabilitation and clinical services for those recovering from a surgery, illness, injury, or a recent hospital stay. The unit is comprised of dedicated staff, private suites, select dining options, and much more to assist patient’s road to recovery so we can “Move them Forward”to their next destination!

How you Will make a Difference:

• Provide daily personal care to residents 
• Change bed lines and maintain grooming supplies in residents’ rooms 
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices 
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned 
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition 

What you Need to make a Difference:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state 
• Current/active CPR certification preferred
