- Licensed RN in the sate of CT
- Supervise and direct staff according to the facility clinical needs
- Follow up with MD/NP as needed.
- oversee the overall operations of the facility and other departments.
- Monitors lab reports to identify infections.
- Monitors rooms of residents on isolation daily to assure policy compliance.
- Makes infection control rounds on a weekly basis, reports results to necessary departments for corrections. Follows up that corrections were made.
- Maintains facility compliance with OSHA Blood Borne Pathogens Guidelines.
- Keeps Director of Nursing Services informed of all situations through verbal reports, and written reports as needed.
