If you’re looking for a manufacturing job, then look no further!  Adecco is looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-moving environment for this Welder position at a local client, in Newark, DE, and we are hiring immediately! Pay starting at $25.00-$28.00 per hour (pay rate based on test scores)! 
 
This Welder job will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience in a production facility.  

 
Primary responsibilities for Welders include:  

• Read and interpret Work Instruction’s to determine specific welding requirements 

• Weld horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions 

• Position and clamps parts together in fixture 

• Accurately count all pieces to ensure quality control of parts prior to welding 

• Operate welding equipment according to operating manual 

• Complete required paperwork in a correct and timely manner 

• Operate hoist and power lift stand 

• Load and unload jigs 

• Perform leak testing checks on finished welding products 

• Fabricate components for use in a solid oxide fuel cell electrical power generator 

• Maintain all machine shop equipment and 5S upkeep 

• Notify management of shop consumables (i.e., cutting oils, welding gasses, tooling, and bits, etc.) to maintain inventories 

• Create assembly and fabrication fixtures 

• Address and recommend improved methods for creating hardware and assemblies 

• Perform basic job functions as directed safely and efficiently 

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions exactly as written to produce a quality product 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Schedule: 

• Monday-Thursday – 7:00am-5:30pm

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
