Job Title: Weld Tech

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Weld Tech to join our team. This position involves performing high-quality MIG welding, with a focus on producing strong, reliable welds across various materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of MIG welding experience, and be capable of using advanced tools like touch tablets to assess weld quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various materials and components.
• Assess and ensure that each weld meets quality standards, using touch tablet technology to verify weld integrity.
• Conduct horizontal and vertical weld tests as part of the assessment process.
• Identify any issues with welds and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques, including cobalt welding.
• Ability to evaluate and assess weld quality using modern technology (touch tablets, weld inspection tools).
• Ability to perform horizontal and vertical weld tests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
