JOB DESCRIPTION: + Designs, develops, communicates, and executes an annual health and well-being programming plan, in alignment with Emory's (Healthy Emory) strategic goals and priorities. + Monitors, evaluates, and responds to program measurements and Emory employee and spouse feedback, including operations and quality, to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and goals. + Serves as an integrated partner and guides employees/spouses to appropriate resources and offerings in partnership with the internal team. + Engages and partners with stakeholders and internal groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, etc.) to build and support a culture of well-being. + Leverages community partnerships to support Emory's goals, including initiatives related to social determinants of health, diversity and inclusion, health, and holistic well-being (mental, physical, social, community, financial, and safety well-being). + Collaborates with Emory's internal team and vendor partners to identify creative solutions for health awareness and engagement and to drive utilization of the suite of health, benefits, and well-being offerings. + Builds, nurtures, and drives engagement through a Well-being Champions Network across Emory. + Supports Healthy Emory Connect platform enrollment and ongoing engagement with associated solutions, resources, and partners. + Supports implementation of health promotion programs, including health screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events. + Drives localized health engagement and awareness through educational opportunities and creative programming. + Conducts regular data assessment and reporting to internal and external stakeholders to define opportunities, track impact, and determine the next best steps. + Collaborates with other support teams, including Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and Customer Service partners with Emory peers to share best practices and opportunities to drive best-in-class services to our employees. + Performs related responsibilities as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, or other health-related field and two years of work experience related to health and well-being or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. + Master's degree preferred. + One or more health-related certifications are strongly preferred (i.e., well-being, personal trainer, dietitian, nutrition, etc.). + Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Experience working with incentive programs and/or a vendor platform preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems is desirable. NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice toemployee. \#LI-VJ1
