Looking for Wi-Fi Test Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid

Job Description:
The Wi-Fi Engineer will be responsible for:
Wi-Fi extender product testing and defect validation
Thorough knowledge and understanding of 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax) standards and specs
Familiarity with IoT testing(Zigbee, Bluetooth, Thread, etc.)
Inter-Op testing(CE, CPE, etc.)
Rate vs orientation, Rate vs. Range, performance tests using RF isolation chambers
Work with traffic Generators( iGen, Ixia Chariot, iPerf, etc.)
Enhanced Wi-Fi feature testing
Need for a product lead who has the ability to present and communicate test data (written and
verbally) to exec level management

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
•8+ years of technical experience directly working with Wi-Fi in computer architecture and data communications& experience in WLAN.
• Experience with Wireless technology testing which includes Wireless AP's, Routers, Wireless extenders & Wireless standards (802.11b/g/n/ac/ax)
• Experience working with TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging, Switching.
• Familiarity with industry standard Wi-Fi test tools like Veriwave, IXIA Chariot and packet debuggers like Wireshark, Omnipeek and Savius.
• Preferable knowledge in secondary home networking technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, MoCA, and Ethernet in a DOCSIS environment.
