ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to providers regarding product selection, appropriate use and/or programming of Widex hearing instruments, Widex accessories, Bluetooth connectivity, Widex app support, software troubleshooting, and programming interfaces.
  
• Respond to inbound phone calls and emails, as well as internal requests for audiology/software technical support.
  
• Complete all necessary customer support documentation via our CRM system.
  
• Participate in presentations, meetings, and training opportunities for Widex

Hours

REQUIREMENTS:

• AuD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience fitting Widex hearing aids preferred 
• Experience working closely with other team members in a virtual environment.
• At least three years of hearing aid dispensing and clinical Audiology experience required.
