Windchill Analyst
Location: Gloucester , Massachusetts
Job Description:
- 8 to 10 Years of work experience in Windchill / ProjectLink/ SIM modules
- Resolving functional issues raised by Windchill users.
- Resolving L2, L3 issues in Windchill application and integrations issues.
- Gather and Analyze issues reported by end users.
- Prepare and deploy Build/package for Windchill and integration.
- Unit testing, Integration Testing as required
- Prepare technical documents as necessary.
- Coordination with teams like PLM solution team, server team, DBA and other external support teams as required
- Coordination with PTC to fix Product related issues relevant to issues responsible for.
- RCA and Impact analysis of defects as required
