Title: Windows Server Admin
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022).


• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability and reliability.


• Perform regular backups and restoration processes to ensure data integrity.


• Administer and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP.


• Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and organizational units.


• Implement and maintain access control policies and permissions.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).


• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.


• Active Directory for security and compliance


• Scripting experience - PowerShell, Bash, Shell, etc.


• Building, patching, and configuring Virtual Machines
