A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Cook/Dishwasher:

Imagine starting your day with a stunning mountain view. As a cook/dishwasher, you'll prepare and cook meals, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. During breaks, you can ski right outside the lodge doors. After your shift, relax and share experiences with colleagues in a supportive and vibrant environment.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Cook/Dishwasher:

• Culinary skills and experience in food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Kitchen operations and food safety protocols
• Food preparation and cooking techniques
• Guest service excellence
• Safety and sanitation standards

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Situated at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering ski-in, ski-out access
