Wire Rope Operator - Paragon Staffing, LLC

Key Duties

• Set up and operate wire machines to produce high-precision components.
• Load and unload workpieces, install and align tooling, and perform necessary machine adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production.
• Calculate wire cut lengths, fitting requirements and select appropriate equipment to produce all varieties of wire.
• Manufacture lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
• Inspect lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
• Accurately tagging every wire reel that is produced – factory order tag, scrap tag, hold tag, etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a wire manufacturing environment (Preferred)
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Must be flexible with work tasks
• Sharp eye for detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 
8:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation:
$16/hr. to $19/hr.
