Wireless Senior Program Manager at DISH

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather and organize sales leader strategies and build comprehensive decks into compelling value add stories
• Analyze sales performance metrics
• Implement technology and tools to improve productivity and streamline sales processes
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the channel sales program
• Provide monthly executive summary on project status, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks for Boost Leadership
• Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
• Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define the desired product/project requirements, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the business’ goals
• Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales program management, with at least 3 years of executive leadership building
• Wireless or Technology related experience required

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives
• Three years of experience overseeing event planning/execution, drafting internal/external communications, and project management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
• Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes

Location:

• This is a fully in-office/onsite role, based in El Segundo

Travel:

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% or as needed for Executive support

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
