Wirer at Nesco Resource

Summary:

Under direct supervision, the Wirer is responsible for reading wiring diagrams, building harnesses, wiring, and soldering components.

Nesco Resource, a national staffing company is partnering with a leading manufacturer to assist them in their search for Wirer.

Requirements

• Read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and wire lists.
• Build simple harnesses with clear instructions.
• Utilize basic electrical theory for wiring with voltage and ohmmeters.
• Conduct continuity checks and assist with rework as needed.
• Follow IPC Manufacturing Standards as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or military service preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent wiring experience.
• IPC Certification is a plus.

Language Skills

• Must be fluent in written English. Good interpersonal skills are necessary for communication with team members.

Other Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with basic assembly tools such as soldering irons, pliers, and cutters.
