Job Title: Youth Program Lead Coordinator - Lil" Kickers Child Development Program
Overview: The Youth Program Lead Coordinator for Lil" Kickers will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our child development program, including coaching, staffing, customer service, administration, and event coordination. This position requires direct involvement in instructional activities, a strong commitment to customer service, efficient administration, and the successful management of special events such as birthday parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Program Coordination:
- Conduct 10-15 hours of Lil" Kickers classes per week.
- Manage staffing and ensure effective implementation of programming and curriculum to maintain high program quality.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives through tracking Free Trial participants, telemarketing, in-house promotions, and direct outreach to local schools and daycares.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer account inquiries and resolve issues promptly, leveraging strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Administration & Management:
- Oversee class scheduling, facility maintenance, equipment management, and staff scheduling.
- Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of coaches to ensure the team meets program standards.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and staff birthday parties, while also supporting and coordinating family-focused events.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $42,000 annually plus performance-based incentives.
Key Attributes:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, including weekend mornings.
- Coaching: 7-15 hours per week.
- Experience: No prior coaching experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and energetic teaching style.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a variety of daily tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills and adherence to established guidelines.
- Hands-on leadership style with a collaborative approach and keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching, program management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively lead a team.
