The Role:
As a Field Team Member, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our games run smoothly, players have fun, and everyone leaves with a smile. You'll be a key player in creating an atmosphere where competition meets camaraderie.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee League Play: Work one or more shifts per week (2-4 hours each) to ensure games start/end on time, enforce rules, and maintain a fun atmosphere. Set up and break down equipment as needed.
- Manage Equipment Inventory: Monitor equipment inventory at facilities and promptly notify the manager when replenishment is needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver a fun, fair, and positive experience for all players, and share feedback to help improve the league.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the ZogSports brand with energy and excitement, getting players pumped about our community.
- Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with field managers to enhance the overall experience for players.

What We're Looking For:
- 18+ years old
- Consistent availability to work one or more weeknights and/or weekend days each week
- Passionate about sports, with solid knowledge of the rules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fun, outgoing, and social personality
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Sport-specific knowledge and/or experience competing at the high school or college level
- Referee certification is not required for this position but will be considered when determining the pay rate
- Interest working in, and contributing to, a fun/active work environment
- Resourceful and good at solving problems
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong understanding that timeliness is key to delivering a positive customer experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of providing clear league summaries to the manager for issue follow-up
