• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required and provider must work solo
• 10 patients per day
• Outpatient chemotherapy and infusions & bone marrow biopsies are referred to outside provider
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
