• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS required
• 10 - 12 visits per week in clinic and 10 - 15 surgeries per week
• General surgery - appendectomy, cholecystectomy, upper endoscopy and lower endoscopy required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
