**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced **Equipment Operator** to join our team in **Orlando, Florida**. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of construction equipment to assist in the completion of multiple job assignments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate heavy machinery, such as loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and graders, safely and efficiently.
- Perform a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including excavation, grading, demolition, and material handling.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper operation and address any minor mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is used in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as an equipment operator in the construction or trades industry.
- Proficiency in operating different types of heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and regulations.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required
- Competitive pay based on experience
