Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Clerk!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk (AP Clerk) to join our dynamic team at a leading Healthcare Organization! This role starts as a temporary position, but if you impress us with your skills and commitment, there’s a possibility for a permanent role!

What You'll Do:

As our AP Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your contributions will be essential to our daily success and the overall efficiency of our practice.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Willingness and capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience or equivalent thereof.

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).

• Valid Driver’s License: A current driver’s license is necessary, and you’ll need to pass a drug and alcohol test to ensure workplace safety.

Your Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices and payments in a timely manner.

• Expense Management: Oversee expense accounts and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Vendor Account Management: Organize and manage vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Expense Report Review: Carefully handle and review expense reports with attention to detail.

• Reconciliation Tasks: Verify entries and compare system reports to balances, ensuring everything is accurate.

• Record Keeping: Maintain historical records by filing documents appropriately.

• Sales Tax Reporting: Calculate sales tax requirements on paid invoices.

• Confidentiality: Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall mission of the accounting department by completing related tasks as needed.
