Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by analyzing and processing a/p transactions, supporting internal and external partners, and contacting and developing rapport with vendors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
+ Ensures authenticity of invoices, external and internal coding is compliant with budgeting and approval authority is accurate.
+ Processes and reconciles invoices relating to inventory, repairs, utilities, sales taxes, corporate request, and customer refunds.
+ Ensures adherence to internal controls relating to accounting disbursements, approvals and three way match.
+ Provides customer support to internal and external customers regarding payment activity, invoice status, and general ledger coding.
YOUR TRACK RECORD
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration preferred. High school diploma required.
+ 1-2 years related disbursement experience, account reconciliations, and other administrative accounting functions is required.
+ Experience with MS Office Suite required; Dynamics365, Symbeo and Concur (Preferred).
