Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices while upholding company policies and procedures.
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices promptly, maintaining a meticulous level of accuracy.
Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox efficiently, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements to guarantee accurate recording of invoices and payments, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
Efficiently manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Cultivate positive relationships with vendors through effective communication regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and discrepancies.
Accurately code vendor invoices according to transaction type and company guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of product classification and shipment documents to facilitate smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in invoicing processes and experience with Accounting ERP software.
Advanced skills in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
Strong aptitude for both independent work and collaboration within a team environment.
Keen attention to detail.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
