Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices while upholding company policies and procedures.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices promptly, maintaining a meticulous level of accuracy.
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox efficiently, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements to guarantee accurate recording of invoices and payments, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
- Efficiently manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors through effective communication regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and discrepancies.
- Accurately code vendor invoices according to transaction type and company guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of product classification and shipment documents to facilitate smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in invoicing processes and experience with Accounting ERP software.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
- Strong aptitude for both independent work and collaboration within a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
