About the Job
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Manage the accounts payable process which includes vendor set up, PO set up and maintenance, invoice matching and payment and vendor inquiries
- Lead accounts payable team including adhering to policies and procedures and monitoring of KPI's.
- Manage the employee corporate card process, which includes new card set up and maintenance.
- Work with the accounting manager and procurement manager on topics impacting the groups.
- Work on corporate projects as assigned.
- Assist with the annual audit and regulator exams and questions
- Ensure accounts payable desk procedures are documented and updated, as necessary.
- Review and update accounts payable internal controls as needed and ensure compliance when completing assigned duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an account's payable manager
- Strong computer skills including PeopleSoft and Coupa
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good leadership and project management skills
