A/P Specialist - Immediate Hire at LSI Staffing

LSI Staffing is hiring a AP clerk at our client in NW Houston Texas! 

Must be bilingual in Spanish!  

Must have 2 years minimum with AP and accounting.

Our company is currently seeking ?an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:

• Process Daily Work Order Tickets from Dispatch department.
• Communicate with drivers as needed when missing information on work order tickets.
• Setup new customer accounts.
• Compute and collect payment on COD accounts as they call in for service.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions on a daily basis.
• Computes customer account balances by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Contacting customers regarding past due invoices via phone, fax, email - by any means necessary to collect!
• Check the accuracy of business transactions.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service - minimum 2 years
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task!
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills are a must!
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Friendly demeanor over the phone and in person
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• MUST be Bilingual in English/Spanish
