Accounts Receivable Specialist-Onsite in Livermore

We are looking for an accounts receivable specialist to join our thriving, international company!

About the role:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyze accounts receivable activities.
- Prioritize tasks for timely workflow and ensure data integrity.
- Handle daily cash applications, invoicing, and customer statements.
- Track collections, prepare reports, and manage bad debt allowances.
- Create credit memos and reconcile accounts.
- Collaborate with treasury and customer service teams to resolve issues and track intercompany balances.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years in Accounts Receivable or related fields.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in account reconciliation and month-end close activities.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle and in a manufacturing environment.

Hourly Pay: $27-$32 Hr
