A Shift Production Supervisor - Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations during designated shifts. The Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production line workers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the shift.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise production workers and ensure they are meeting production targets
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Train and support production staff to optimize performance
- Address any issues or interruptions in the production process promptly
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to improve production processes and outcomes

**Schedule:**
This is a full-time position that requires working on Sunday through Tuesday night shifts, to ensure oversight of production operations around the clock.
