ABA Center Manager - Advanced Behavioral Therapy

The ideal candidate will have management experience, excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Experience in the ABA field as an RBT/Behavior Technician is a plus!

Responsibilities include:

• Open the ABA center daily.
• Support families through completion of the intake process.
• Manage overall day-to-day operations of the Center.
• Developing and managing the daily schedule of the ABA center, including staff and clients, scheduling lunch breaks, etc.
• Manage ABA center inventory.
• Ongoing collaboration for hiring of staff with Recruitment team.
• Schedule virtual meetings and Center tours.
• Ongoing communication from the ABA Center to families.
• Collaborate with Marketing department on the execution of monthly events.
• Work closely with the center Director.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with management and coordinating is required
• Experience with computer skills is required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Experience in an office setting is required
• Good communication skills and phone skills is required
