ABA Center Receptionist - Advanced Behavioral Therapy

Responsibilities include:

• Greet clients, families, and visitors warmly and professionally, direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer and direct emails, phone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and families.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing, copies and printing.
• Work closely with center manager and director.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and understanding approach when interacting with clients and families.
• Knowledge of ABA field is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 - $45,000
