WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Clinical Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical and case management to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Clinical Supervisor provides midlevel supervision over assigned cases.
HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Oversee the work of Behavior Technicians and conduct competency reviews for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing individual program oversight and attend supervision meetings with the Regional Clinical Director.
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented and quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards and leading by example.
- Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance and behavioral goals and expectations.
- Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.Ability to analyze data and information to understand problems and effectively develop solutions.
- Self-disciplined and excellent time management skills with ability to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with professionals in and outside of the field.
- Passion for developing and leading others.
- Effective communicator in both written and verbal formats.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (i.e., GMail, Docs, Sheets)
- Availability requirements dictate being available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, depending on the organization"s needs. Additionally, some availability on Saturdays may be required.
Experience Requirements
1+ year ABA supervisory experience
Previous work experience training others in applied behavior analysis
- Master"s Degree in ABA or related field

- Competitive Pay: The starting hourly rate for this position is $31 during the initial 90-day probationary period. After successfully completing the probationary period, employees will be eligible for a salary of $66,560 annually. Quarterly performance/semi-annual merit raises backed by data.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting and standing) for an extended period of time. Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time while working with children with challenging behaviors.
