Our client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a BA Level ABA Technician in the Burlington County, NJ area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
This is a full schedule position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of various residential and vocational sites. Hours may vary Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Behavior Specialist (BS) is responsible for developing Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) for individuals identified by the Area Director. The BS will conduct assessments, develop and implement BSPs, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff, the Program Director (PD), and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure effective implementation of the plans. Ongoing monitoring and updates to the BSP will be required as the behavioral needs of the individuals evolve.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
"Bachelor's degree in a related human services field, such as psychology, special education, social work, or counseling.
"Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports.
"Ability to train staff on BSP implementation, conduct ongoing assessments, and revise plans based on behavioral changes.
"Must hold a valid driver's license and meet driving standards as per New Jersey policy. The position requires driving personal and company vehicles.
