ABA THERAPIST (Behavior Technician) - Bounce Therapy

Join our dedicated team at Bounce ABA Preschool Center in Freehold, NJ where we provide a nurturing environment for preschool-aged children to grow, learn, and thrive! We are seeking a caring and motivated ABA Assistant to support children with unique needs and help them reach their full potential.

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with children to support their individual behavioral and developmental goals
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for helping children
• One year of prior ABA experience, RBT certified preferred
