Location: Twin Cities Metropolitan Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties)

Position Overview:
As an ABA Therapist at Oasis Child and Family Services, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges. We are especially seeking Spanish-speaking staff who are available to work after school on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, center, and community settings
•Implement treatment plans to improve communication, social skills, and daily living activities
•Collect and record data on the client's progress toward treatment goals
•Attend biweekly supervision meetings with a BCBA or BCaBA
•Participate in monthly staff meetings to collaborate with the team
•Ensure client safety and well-being in all settings
•Maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations set by the DHS and BACB
•Provide written and verbal progress updates to families and supervisors
•Complete required training, including DHS-mandated courses
Minimum Qualifications:
•Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
•Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (or 48 credit hours toward such a degree)
•Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in English (spoken and written) and preferably Spanish
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Reliable transportation to serve clients throughout the seven-county metro area
