Cleveland Clinic has multiple openings for the position of Staff at its Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio to provide care for patients in the multi-disciplinary Intestinal & Multivisceral Transplant program within the Center for Gut Rehabilitation & Transplantation (“CGRT”). Duties include: treating patients in both the outpatient and inpatient setting to address transplant-related concerns, including intestinal transplantation, gut rehabilitation, and gastrointestinal dysmotility; supervising a team of surgeons, clinical associates, surgical residents, and advanced practice providers; researching and performing clinical responsibilities; and directing and guiding patient care activities for students, residents, fellows and other medical staff to deliver high-quality nutritional support, prehabilitation, and surgical recovery for a complex group of patients. This position includes on-call responsibilities. Position requires an MD or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation or as evidenced by an ECFMG certificate; completion of a Fellowship in Abdominal Transplant Surgery; completion of a Fellowship in Intestinal and Multivisceral Transplantation; and eligibility for Ohio medical licensure.
