AC Service Manager - G & R Heating and Air

• The manager will be responsible for being in the office and overseeing all service and install related operations and helping the technicians be more productive and making sure the customers are all taken care of.
• Responsible for hiring and training and overseeing the field operations.

• Bonuses and commissions will be paid out for sales and for hitting performance goals. 
• Total comp will be between $65,000 - $80,000 with the potential for even more based on performance bonuses.
• Company insurance, 401k, health membership, etc.
