Job Description:

Service Ready is seeking an extraordinary Senior HVAC Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship to our HVAC technicians, driving our service delivery to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, operations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor future junior HVAC technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex HVAC issues and devising effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to customers and team members.
• Effective time management to complete tasks efficiently and meet customer expectations.
• Safety-conscious mindset, adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
• Customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and excellent customer service.
• License Requirements - EPA II
