Position Summary | The UNM College of Pharmacy (COP) Office of Curricular Affairs seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support for curriculum-related activities and educational initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day operations for College of Pharmacy courses, Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE), and Nuclear Education Online (NEO) programs. Ideal candidates are proactive in anticipating and addressing potential issues, follow instructions accurately, maintain clear communication, and work well within structured guidelines. This on-site position, responsible for assisting with the various logistical aspects of educational programs, requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. This position reports to the Sr Operations Manager, Office of Curricular Affairs and has the following general duties and responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
