About the Job
The Accessory Installition Specialist installs aftermarket products on Auto Dealerships existing inventory for retail sales to customers as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. They will meet and greet customers along with working with team members in a professional manner. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED. Installation experience is a plus but will train. An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. State-certified inspectors a plus.

Responsibilities:- Install Aftermarket Protection Products on Dealerships existing inventory for retail sales to customers.
- Install GPS tracking device/recovery only device.
- Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
- Work closely with team members to ensure things run efficiently.
- Organize workflow to meet contracted timeframes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and follow up with interactions.
- No experience necessary. We will train you to install our products!
- Accessory Installation experience preferred.
- Must be self starter, good communication skills with a strong commitment to being responsible.
- Self motivated, reliable, honest, energetic and outgoing.
- Strong attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in an outdoor working environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Motivated to accept challenges and grow.
