We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Associate to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Account Associate will play a key role in analyzing market trends, supporting new product launches, and assisting in customer service efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and has strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather statistical data on industry competitors and analyze their products to help inform business strategy.
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for company products.
- Track and forecast marketing and sales trends to assist in strategic planning.
- Analyze the effectiveness of company pricing, promotion, and other marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments on new product launches, including creative/content design, execution, distribution, and reporting.
- Support customer service in resolving escalated order issues and provide guidance on product or process-related questions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Must be flexible and adaptive, with a willingness to take on work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- A background in analytics, sales support, or merchandising is preferred.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
