How You Will Contribute:
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process orders, schedule pickups/deliveries, create Bill of Lading/reports.
- Follow through to close loads via mill portals, receiving weight tickets, or spreadsheets.
- Provide weights back to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Support accounting with reconciliations and, if necessary, adjustments.
- Provide coverage at desk when colleagues are absent.

Required Experience:
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, recycling industry a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
